Construction Partners to Present during RPPTL Construction Law InstituteThe Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar will present the Construction Law Institute from March 16-18, 2023, at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla. The Institute gathers leading construction law practitioners, contractors and other industry professionals for a two-day seminar focused on the latest construction issues.

Shutts construction partners John Dannecker and Amanda Buffinton will present during the seminar. John and Amanda, who are both Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law, will present “The Limitations on Limitations: A Review of Florida’s Statute of Limitations and Statute of Repose in 95.11(3)(c).”
