Samuel Moore, an attorney in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office, was recently named to the board of directors of the Maccabee Bar Association of Florida, an organization devoted to the advancement of and camaraderie among Jewish attorneys and judges throughout the state.
As a member of the board, Samuel will assist the Maccabee Bar Association in its mission to actively promote the advancement and recognition of the Association's members in the legal profession in Florida by expanding and encouraging leadership and involvement of Jewish attorneys, magistrates, hearing officers, and judges, in addition to raising awareness and tackling issues facing Florida’s Jewish communities. He will also devote resources to the organization’s community service projects, charitable causes, networking opportunities, and educational initiatives.
As the first and only member of the Maccabee Bar Association’s board from Tampa, Samuel will endeavor to grow the Association’s presence throughout greater Tampa Bay’s legal and Jewish communities.
