Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Fort Lauderdale office will be relocating to The Main Las Olas, a 25-story Class A mixed-use building in downtown Fort Lauderdale, in 2023.
The move will upgrade the firm’s office environment to a “live-work-play” location and assist in retaining top-tier talent. The new building features amenities such as a conference center, tenant lounge, amenity deck, covered terrace and fitness center.
Fort Lauderdale Office Managing Partner Joseph M. Goldstein said the team is happy with the new office space and is engaged in the design process to build a good workspace for staff.
“Shutts & Bowen believes in Fort Lauderdale, and this amazing location at the Main Las Olas will help us grow and continue to thrive here,” he said.
Arthur J. Menor, Managing Partner of the firm’s West Palm Beach office, worked with CBRE’s Zach Wendelin, Kevin Probel and Kevin McCarthy, who represented the firm in lease negotiations with landlord LOC3 Investors LLC.
“This best-in-class building will not only accommodate our dynamic, growing presence in the Fort Lauderdale market, but will also allow us to implement a state-of-the-art office design that we can refine and replicate in our other offices as our lease terms roll over the next few years,” said Art. “It was a pleasure working with CBRE to make this happen.”
