On August 11, 2016, partner Eric Reed attended the grand opening of the Ronald McDonald House on the campus of Nemours Children's Hospital, located in Orlando's medical city. This addition makes Orlando one of six cities in the nation with three or more Ronald McDonald Houses.

The Ronald McDonald House® provides a home for families with children receiving treatment at hospitals and medical facilities in Orlando. According to their website, the first Ronald McDonald House opened in Philadelphia in 1974. Today, there are programs in 58 countries and regions worldwide.
