The course was presented in cooperation with The American College of Real Estate Lawyer (ACREL). This is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers and admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process.
The panel discussed in detail how to handle the bulk sale or purchase of distressed condo units. They also provideed practical advice on how to identify and avoid costly mistakes.
