In an article published in the March issue of The Florida Bar Journal, Real Estate partner Sandra Krumbein discusses the increasing prevalence of vertical subdivisions, often referred to as mixed-use developments, in Florida. Sandra and co-author Martin A. Schwartz discuss how the sum of the parts of a vertical subdivision may be more valuable as a whole.
