Sandra Krumbein is speaking at the Ralph E. Boyer 39th Institute on Condominium and Cluster Development, participating in the “Mixed Use Structuring and Operational Issues – The Shared Facilities Concept” panel. The conference is October 23-24, 2014 in Boca Raton, Florida. The Institute is designed to update condominium and planned development law generally and explore in detail particular topics of current interest.

Sandra Krumbein is a partner in Shutts & Bowen's Fort Lauderdale Office, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.  She concentrates her practice in real estate acquisition and development, operation, acquisition and disposition of distressed condominium and fee simple assets, condominium and homeowner association development and operation and serves as counsel to condominium and homeowner associations statewide.  Representing developers, lenders, bulk purchasers and sellers statewide, she counsels clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and development.
