Seven Shutts & Bowen Attorneys Recognized as Florida Trend's Legal Elite

7.25.12

Seven Shutts & Bowen attorneys throughout the State of Florida have been recognized  by their peers in Florida Trend's 2012 Florida Legal Elite.

Florida Trend invited all in-state members of the Florida Bar to participate in the voting process that began in October 2011. Lawyers were asked to name attorneys whom they hold in the highest regard or would recommend to others. A panel of previous Legal Elite winners, representing different practice areas in cities across the state, reviewed the selection process and the list of finalists. The resulting lists represent approximately 2% of the more than 67,000 active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida.

The seven Shutts & Bowen attorneys named are:

Eric S. Adams, a partner in the Business Litigation Group, resident in Tampa

John H. Dannecker, Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law and a partner in the Orlando office where he leads the Construction Litigation Group

Steven M. Ebner, a partner and Co-Chairman of the Business Litigation Group, resident in the Miami office where he is the Managing Partner

Michelle L. Gerber, an associate in the Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Group in Miami, was recognized as an Up and Comer
