Oyer, Harvey - WPBWest Palm Beach partner Harvey E. Oyer III is representing President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club in its application for a dock into the Intracoastal Waterway. As reported in October 2018, the club is seeking zoning approval from the Palm Beach Town Council as well as the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the National Trust for Historic Preservation for the landmarked house and property.

Last week, the Landmarks Preservation Commission unanimously approved the design for a dock. In an article in The Palm Beach Post, Harvey said the dock would be helpful for marine security when President Trump visits. The dock would be within a few feet of where a prior dock existed in the 1950s when Marjorie Merriweather Post owned Mar-a-Lago.
