On Friday, May 11, Miami partner Alexander Tachmes spoke on a panel titled “Development & Repurposing Commercial Space” at the RCA Miami 2018 Midyear Update: Commercial Real Estate & The Economy. As an industry leader, Alex discussed how clients are looking at innovative ways to repurpose existing buildings in South Florida.
The event is organized by the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Miami, which is one of the largest commercial realtor organizations in the county with almost 2,000 active members.
