Shutts & Bowen partner, Arthur J. Menor, was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).

Admission to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers Is by invitation only after a screening process.  ACREL’s nationally-known lawyers are selected to fellowship not only for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, but also for their contributions to the real estate and legal professions through their practice, legal writing and public speaking. The College gathers together lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, who will contribute substantially to the accomplishments, achievements and good fellowship of the College.

Mr. Menor is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate law, is the Chairman of Shutts & Bowen’s Real Estate Leasing Group and the West Palm Beach Office Managing Partner.  After specializing in commercial leasing for many years, Mr. Menor devised his own techniques for building and customizing lease agreements. His methods have resulted in higher quality, customized leasing documents that are produced in a cost-effective manner.  Mr. Menor is a frequent writer and speaker, and has been recognized as outstanding in his field by the Best Lawyers in America Guide, South Florida Business Journal, South Florida Legal Guide, Florida Trend and Super Lawyers.
