Dana Chaaban and Michael Jay Rune II will present a webinar titled “Basic Principles of Construction Insurance” on Wednesday, May 24, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Learn how to secure appropriate insurance coverage at the start of a construction project to help protect you if claims arise. The webinar will address CGL policies, endorsements and exemptions. Additionally, the seminar will address excess insurance policies, builders' risk insurance, and errors and omissions (aka professional liability) policies for design professionals and typical exemptions. In a world that is constantly changing, this topic will cover some of the latest developments in how federal and some state courts are interpreting insurance contracts.
