Gary Bagliebter Selected to City of Hollywood's Charter Review Committee

Gary M. Bagliebter, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Fort Lauderdale Litigation Department, was recently selected by the City of Hollywood Commission as one of eleven people who will serve as the City's Charter Review Committee, and was elected Chairman by the Committee's members.   The Committee is charged with reviewing the City's Charter, making recommendations for changes, and reporting back to the City Commission in late-2009.

Mr. Bagliebter also serves as Vice Chair of the City's General Obligation Bonds Citizen Advisory Committee and in 2008 was a member of the City's Ad Hoc City Attorney Advisory Screening Committee.   He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the David Posnack Hebrew Day School, which has campuses in Davie and Plantation, Florida, and as a Trustee of The Judge Advocate General's School Foundation at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.

Mr. Bagliebter is a twelve year resident of the City of Hollywood.
