James Timko Speaks at the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s 27th Annual Seminar

On June 14, 2019, Shutts & Bowen LLP Orlando Partner James Timko spoke at the 27th Annual Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association’s (CFBLA) Seminar & State of the District Event. Mr. Timko presented with Susan Smith of Glass Ratner on the topic of utilizing experts in fraudulent transfer litigation.
The Annual Seminar for CFBLA was once again combined with the State of the District presentation. Held at the Citrus Club in downtown Orlando, the event also featured State of the District presenter and Keynote Speaker Chief Judge Michael G. Williamson.
The CFBLA is a non-profit that supports the practice of Bankruptcy Law in the Central Florida area. The CFBLA fosters bankruptcy legal education as well as provides pro bono bankruptcy representation in the Middle District of Florida.
