Overview

Christopher M. Scardina is an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate practice group.

Chris’ previous experiences include internships in the real estate and development industry, where he worked with developers on single-family and multi-family development projects. Chris is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Currently, Chris works with developers, investors, lenders and other clients in real estate matters. His real estate practice includes preparation of various types of real estate agreements, leasing, development matters, and condominium and homeowner association formation.
