James M. Paul is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Business Litigation practice group.

While attending law school, James worked at Legal Aid of Broward County, in their Housing Unit, handling a variety of landlord tenant issues.

Prior to attending law school, James worked as a securities litigation defense paralegal, where he assisted in preparing for FINRA arbitrations. James is also a licensed Contract Advisor with the National Football League Players Association, and has experience representing collegiate football players who have exhausted their eligibility, and transition into professional leagues.
