Jason W. Hill

Jason W. Hill is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group.

Jason is a Board Certified Construction Lawyer with 20 years of experience, whose practice focuses on the transactional aspects of construction law, including preparing and negotiating contracts and related project documents. Jason represents contracting parties across the spectrum of construction projects, from large-scale industrial projects to commercial, medical, and residential construction. He has particular experience with design and construction agreements for affordable multi-family housing developments involving state and federal funding. Jason also advises clients as to legal issues that arise during construction, having spent his first decade of practice litigating and arbitrating construction-related disputes.

Jason is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia.
