Alina Quintana is the firm’s Recruitment and Professional Development Manager. She oversees the recruiting and hiring of associate and lateral attorneys as well as the firm’s summer associate program. Alina focuses on creating and implementing initiatives related to the professional development, training, morale and retention of the firm’s attorneys, including mentoring, continuing education, service and leadership programs.
Additionally, Alina designs and oversees the firm’s annual summer associate program, which includes evaluating potential candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, pairing associates with mentors and creating networking opportunities. Alina also helps the firm enhance professional development opportunities through training and mentoring programs as well as performance evaluation and compensation strategies that improve retention and satisfaction.
Alina is a member of the South Florida Association for Law Placement (SFALP).
