Beth Kallio is the Office Administrator for Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including salary administration, employee recruitment and retention, training and development, performance appraisal systems, attendance programs, wellness programs and record management. Beth’s responsibilities also include new hire orientations, employee relations and discipline procedures.
Beth is a dedicated human resources and organizational development professional with more than 25 years of experience in HR & Administration. Prior to joining Shutts, she acted as Legal Administrator for several other law firms & owned/managed a dental practice.
Beth holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology & Organizational Development from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. She is currently active in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators.
