The firm ranked 19th in the country, according to data from The American Lawyer’s 2019 Diversity Scorecard.

Aliette DelPozo Rodz, a partner in Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office and Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, was quoted in the Daily Business Review; “Our reality is that we continue to work for greater diversity in our work-force, it’s an ever-changing process to meet the needs of our clients.”
