Shutts Partners Attend Commercial Real Estate Forum and Florida Real Estate Women’s Forum

Shutts & Bowen Real Estate attorneys Jennifer Slone Tobin, Martha Rabbitt and Jennifer Kypreos attended the Real Estate Women’s Forum Florida that took place in Miami on October 16, 2019. This event brought together leading industry players to share their expertise on the state of commercial and investment real estate across the state.
Jennifer Slone Tobin, who is Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law, was a speaker on a panel titled “Paving the Way: Leadership Strategies for Women in CRE.” She also attended the Commercial Real Estate Forum, which was held jointly with the Florida Real Estate Women’s Forum, where she chaired the closed-door peer-to-peer developer’s roundtable, where C-level executives have the opportunity to frankly discuss issues facing the industry.

Jennifer Slone Tobin is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen, where she is Co-Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. She is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Jennifer has a diverse real estate practice. She represents developers in the traditional areas of acquisition, development, permitting and financing of vacant, rehabilitation and operating properties. She also represents lenders, primarily loans secured by real property, but also with traditional business lending.
