Marilyn Coizeau is a Paralegal in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Alcohol & Regulated Industries Practice Group.
Marilyn focuses on business permitting and alcohol licensing application processing throughout Florida and with various State of Florida regulatory agencies, including Department of Hotels & Restaurants, Department of Health, Department of Revenue, and Department of Agriculture. She assists with processing local land use applications, preliminary due diligence tracking, and local business permitting. Marilyn has also assisted with various commercial transactions including national hotel real estate closings, and mergers and acquisitions, involving alcohol licensees. She has worked with the alcohol industry since 2008.
