On Wednesday, April 21, Aliette D. Rodz, Co-Chair of Shutts & Bowen LLP’s International Dispute Resolution practice and Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, will moderate Interlaw’s “2021 Virtual Americas Regional Meeting, Forward to Better: Coming Back Stronger” diversity panel.
During “Listening and Learning: The Keys to Diversity Success,” Aliette will join author and leadership presenter Mark Ostach and several other panelists to show participants why listening is the first critical step to taking meaningful diversity action. The panel will discuss how a truly inclusive workplace is about listening, understanding and responding to the lived experiences of the people it directly impacts.
The panel discussion will take place at 5 p.m. EST. The event is open to all member firms of the Interlaw network.
