On February 2, Fort Lauderdale partner Amy Wessel Jones presented a two-hour continuing legal education course entitled “Nuts and Bolts of Appellate Practice” for Florida Legal Services, Inc. and Legal Aid organizations throughout the State of Florida. The presentation covered preservation of error at the trial level, appellate jurisdiction, and other keys to a successful appeal.
