Cassandra Jelincic, a partner in the Shutts & Bowen LLP’s West Palm Beach office, spoke in the planning to probate segment of the “Legacy Blueprint: Uniting Elder, Family, and Business Law With an Estate Plan” seminar at the 2024 Annual Florida Bar Convention.

At the convention, Cassandra was presented with an award by the Elder Law section for exceptional service to the section. The 2024 convention was themed “The Power of US: Collaborating For Tomorrow,” addressing an assortment of topics to inspire growth with focus on education and empowerment if members.
