Shutts & Bowen LLP Jacksonville attorney Dhaima Gray recently joined the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association (JWLA) Mentoring Program and attended its launch at Jacksonville University College of Law on February 6, 2025.
The goal of the JWLA Mentoring Program is to help bridge the barrier that women historically have had in the legal community. According to the organization, the membership program consists of forming small groups of three to five who will mentor each other, with the groups including someone with 10-plus years of experience, a mid-level professional, and a new attorney or law student.
The program is open to all JWLA members, including women and men who are in private practice, serve as corporate counsel or as a judge. Law students are also welcome to participate.
