Erik Hanson, an attorney in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Sarasota office, was recently installed as the 2023 Chair of the Board of Directors for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance (LWRBA).

The LWRBA serves the business community as the go-to membership organization for companies to network and gain professional and personal growth. Erik has served the board for the last seven years, and will continue to serve the needs of the organization’s 2,500 business professionals across Sarasota and Manatee counties in his leadership role.

“To be named the Chair to the Board of Directors of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance is truly an honor,” said Erik. “Our organization represents over 600-member investors in the Sarasota and Manatee County communities, providing a platform for connection among our for-profit businesses, local government, and community non-profits.”
