Erik Szabo, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, was recently a featured speaker at the Florida Apartment Association’s Inspire 2023 Conference and Trade Show.

Speaking during the panel session on October 13, 2023, Erik took part in the legal discussions during “Inspire Solutions, Not Lawsuits.” During the panel, Erik discussed restrictions against rent control and the benefits of Florida’s recently passed tort reform bill for multifamily residential property owners.
