The Notable Women Leaders in Law profile, which is published in the December edition of Florida Trend, highlights leading female attorneys across the state of Florida who have made a significant impact in the field of law. Nominees for this honor must mentor or act as a role model for others, show leadership in professional organizations and in civic/community service initiatives.
According to the publication, the lawyers profiled among the notable women represent not just leaders in the law, but likely the legal sector’s emerging leadership overall.

About Jennifer Slone Tobin
Jennifer Slone Tobin is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen, where she serves on the firm's Executive Committee and is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. She is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law. Jennifer has a diverse real estate practice. She represents developers in the traditional areas of acquisition, development, permitting and financing of vacant, rehabilitation and operating properties. Jennifer is also very active in a variety of Orlando charitable and community organizations. She has served multiple years on the Municipal Planning Board of the City of Orlando, where she served as its chair from 2013–2015. She serves as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida’s 2016 Board Chair. She is also on the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is currently the Chair of the Real Property Certification Review Course and a member of the Legislative Update committee.
