Florida Trend Recognizes Shutts Attorneys Among 2024’s Notable Women Leaders in Law

Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Rikki Lober Bagatell, Martha Rabbitt and Aliette DelPozo Rodz were recently recognized by Florida Trend as honorees in the 2024 Notable Women Leaders in Law.

The Notable Women Leaders in Law profile, which is published in the December edition of Florida Trend, highlights leading female attorneys across the state of Florida who have made a significant impact in the field of law. Nominees for this honor must mentor or act as a role model for others, show leadership in professional organizations and in civic/community service initiatives.

According to the publication, the numbers of women attorneys, as well as top performers, are steadily rising across the state of Florida and this list is more distinctive and difficult for inclusion.

Aliette DelPozo Rodz is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is Co-Chair of the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group; Chair of the Cuba Task Force, and Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. Aliette serves as lead trial counsel for companies involved in disputes in state and federal courts, in arbitration and before administrative agencies. She handles all aspects of litigation including preliminary and permanent injunction hearings, evidentiary hearings, bench trials, arbitrations and jury trials.
