On Wednesday, March 23, the firm’s Focus on Women Group held a Lunch & Learn panel discussion titled “The Road to Partnership.” The event showcased female partners at Shutts who discussed their personal paths to partnership, the partnership process at the firm, and tips and recommendations for other women attorneys seeking partnership roles.
The panel was moderated by West Palm Beach partner Patricia Leonard. Joining Patti for the discussion were West Palm Beach partner Rikki Lober Bagatell, Tampa partner Amanda Buffinton, and Miami partner Martha Rabbitt. The panelists offered advice to their female colleagues on developing a book of business, attracting work from other offices, and cultivating relationships within the firm.
“It is so important for us to showcase the strong women attorneys we have as mentors here at Shutts, especially during Women’s History Month,” said Patti. “The Focus on Women Group is a great place for us to share ideas on topics that really matter to our female attorneys.”
