On September 8th, Miami partner Frank Zacherl co-presented an AM Best Webinar titled “Insurance Defense 101: What Insurers Need from Today’s Counsel.”
The panelist of insurance and legal experts examined the evolving relationship between insurers and outside counsel, including expectations for expertise, responsiveness, specialization and resources. Panelists also reviewed how firms can enter into or expand their presence in this vital sector of legal defense.
Frank presented alongside Fred Fisher of Fisher Consulting Group and Joanna Salinas of Fletcher, Farley, Shipman & Salinas.
