Frank Zacherl Discusses the Rise of Class Actions in the SFR Sector

On Wednesday September 18, Miami partner Frank Zacherl presented "The Rising Tide of Class Actions in the Institutional Singe Family Home Rental Sector" to the National Rental Home Council (NRHC).

During the webinar, Frank provided an overview of the real estate class actions that have been filed recently in the institutional owner and property manager sector, some tips on how to deal with the class action aspects of the cases, and recommendations on best practices to avoid being sued.

The NRHC is a non-partisan organization dedicated to advocating for the single-family rental industry. The organization seeks to educate the public, the media and policymakers about the economic value of the industry and the benefits of large-scale, well-managed single-family rental housing platforms.
