Garrett Tozier, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office, was recently appointed to The Florida Bar’s Appellate Court Rules Committee.  

The Appellate Court Rules Committee was established to consider rule proposals and amendments to the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.  The Committee is composed of attorneys and judges with extensive experience and training in appellate practice. Garrett was appointed to the Committee for a term running through June 30, 2027.

Garrett A. Tozier is a partner in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Appellate Practice Group.
