Garrett Tozier, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office, will present a two-part webinar CLE on June 27, 2024, entitled “Persuasive Appellate Brief Writing and Oral Argument 101.”

The CLE will cover two critical areas of appellate practice, brief writing and oral argument. During the program appellate judges and seasoned appellate practitioners will walk the beginner appellate practitioner through both areas of appellate practice in state and federal appellate courts. Part 1 will delve into Oral Argument and then the course will move on to Brief Writing in Part 2. Garrett A. Tozier is a partner in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Appellate practice group.
