The Lineaire Group has proposed a 20-story tower totaling 232, 370 square feet, with 180 apartments, 130 hotel rooms, 2,457 square feet of retail and a six-level parking garage on the west side of the Brightline Station in West Palm Beach.

As stated in the article, “It is effectively the ‘welcome mat’ of the city, as it is the first thing that a visitor sees when stepping out of the train station.” The plan is to break ground on the project in summer 2022.
