Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Fort Lauderdale associate Jodi-Ann Tillman was a recipient of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)’s inaugural Atlas Award.
Jodi recently completed LCLD’s Pathfinder Program, a multifaceted program that provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts. Over the course of seven months, the program is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.
New this year, the Atlas Award was designed to recognize Pathfinders who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program. To receive the honor, Jodi committed to eight or more programming components, ranging from in-person meetings to virtual sessions and online learning modules.
