In a recent article by Law360 Pulse, Co-Chairs of Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Joseph Bain and Woodrow “Woody” Pollack, discussed their leadership roles and the continuing expansion of the firm’s IP presence.

The article, which highlights Shutts’ recent announcement that Joe and Woody would serve at the helm of the intellectual property practice group, expands on the duo’s role as co-leaders and the future of the practice.

"I think we're going to continue to grow in the trademark space, continue to grow in the IP litigation and dispute resolution space, which will obviously include patents and copyrights. We're really going to focus our energies on serving the dispute resolution and trademark needs of Florida clients," said Joe.

"It's exciting just to continue the trend that we have and be given an opportunity to help steer the direction and continued growth of our IP practice," said Woody. “Continuing to provide IP services at the highest level throughout Florida and the country really [is our goal] and continuing to grow the Shutts IP practice as a preeminent IP practice.”
