Kyle Stevens, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, recently participated in a panel presentation, offering insights on recruiting, on-campus interviewing, and the Shutts summer associate programs on January 24, 2025.

During the panel discussion at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Kyle highlighted the importance of on-campus interviewing and the experience individuals gain during their summer associate programs. Kyle and the other panelists also discussed what firms look for in candidate resumes and the types of questions that are asked during on-campus interviews. Also in attendance at the event was Tampa attorney Melodie Khosrovani and Director of Attorney Recruiting Caroline Cimei.

Shutts & Bowen’s Summer Associate Program is designed to provide an intellectually challenging and professionally gratifying experience for law students. The program allows students to choose a practice area that interests them and delves into different aspects of our legal services.
