Lee Mackson, a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, was recently a featured speaker at the 2022 Trigild Conference.
During the “Advanced Workout Strategies” panel discussion, Lee discussed the various issues that arise in large complex loan defaults and how best to handle them to achieve the best results for the creditor. The panel was held on Thursday, November 10, and featured Lee as well as co-panelists, Keith Aurzada (Reed Smith), Kay Kress (Troutman Pepper), Amber Sefert (Trimont), and Mark Silverman (Locke Lord).
The Trigild Lender Conferences are focused on issues related to non-performing commercial loans and emerging issues.
