On April 7, Miami partner Julissa Rodriguez and Fort Lauderdale partner Amy Wessel Jones – both members of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group – presented continuing legal education courses at the Advanced Appellate Practice seminar hosted by Pincus Professional Education.
Julissa taught a course on Post-Opinion Relief, and Amy presented on Attorney’s Fees and Costs: Challenging and Preserving Trial Court Awards and Seeking Fees and Costs on Appeal.
The Appellate Practice seminar was geared toward those with intermediate to advanced level understanding of appellate practices. Panelists offered practical advice and insight on higher level appellate issues.
