West Palm Beach partner Patricia A. Leonard has been selected as an Honoree for the 2nd Annual South Florida Business & Wealth (SFBW) Prestigious Women Awards. The distinguished female professionals chosen for this honor help drive the South Florida economy through their innovations and success.
The Prestigious Women Awards recognizes top leaders in the tri-county area who have created business success stories and provided leadership to women and the broader community. Categories will include owners and partners, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, innovators, mentors, professional association leaders, non-profit leaders, rising stars (under 40) and lifetime achievement.
All honorees will be celebrated at a ceremony scheduled for April 2022.
About Patricia A. Leonard
Patricia A. Leonard is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Patti has a diverse business and commercial litigation practice, representing businesses in their contractual and other disputes, employment discrimination defense, partnership and corporate disputes, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical litigation matters, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation and real estate litigation.
Patti has held numerous leadership positions in the West Palm Beach community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Armory Art Center. She previously served on the executive cabinet of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” campaign. She also served as a commissioner of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission, served on The Florida Bar's Client Security Fund, and has chaired a Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. She’s also active in the University of Virginia Alumni Club of the Palm Beaches' executive committee, having previously served as the Club's president.
