Shutts & Bowen LLP Miami partner Patrick Lannon recently co-authored an article for The Florida Bar Journal titled “Recent Changes to Community Rights on Death.”
The article analyzes Florida’s Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act and addresses several important changes to the act and other parts of the Florida Probate Code. According to the article, its purpose is “to explain the changes to the Florida Probate Code in H.B. 923 and their implications for attorneys and their clients.”
Patrick’s co-author was Anthony P. Guettler of Gould Cooksey Fennell.
