From March 31 to April 1, 2023, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar will present the Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification Review Course, a two-day, advanced-level seminar designed to assist those planning to take the Wills, Trusts & Estates Board Certification Exam. The Course serves as an annual, in-depth update and refresher for trust and estate practitioners, covering a broad spectrum of topics including estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, homestead, and related tax and property issues.
Miami partner Patrick Lannon, a member of Shutts & Bowen’s Private Client Services Practice Group, will present during the seminar. Patrick is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. His presentation, titled “Trust Potpourri,” will cover trust law issues including trust modification and directed trusts.
