Miami Private Client Services partner, Patrick Lannon, will be speaking at the upcoming Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami Meeting on October 15 at the Hyatt Regency Miami from 5:30 pm – 8:15 pm.
Patrick, who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, will present “Protecting an Inheritance in the Event of Divorce.” His presentation will discuss how trust assets can be vulnerable upon the divorce of a beneficiary, and what kinds of planning steps can be implemented to reduce the divorcing spouse's access to trust assets.
