On July 8, Miami partner Patrick Lannon will be a guest speaker at the Litigation and Trust Law Symposium hosted by the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. The webinar will be held from 9:30 am – 3:10 pm.
The program will review current topics in flux with emphasis on estate and trust litigation issues in the remote era, as well as an examination of The Bar grievance process. Patrick’s topic will discuss what joint revocable trusts.
