On Friday, September 27, Shutts & Bowen LLP Miami Partner, Peggy Rolando, will present during the 49th Ralph E. Boyer Institute on Condominium and Cluster Developments held in Boca Raton, Florida.

Peggy, who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law and in Condominium and Planned Development Law, will present on the 2024 multi-parcel and mixed-use buildings legislation, recent judicial interpretations, and the effect on unit owners’/buyers’ rights and developer disclosures.
