On Friday, May 14, West Palm Beach partners Jonathan Hart and Patricia Leonard and Orlando associate Jaclyn Clark presented a small business webinar to the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.
Titled “Working through COVID-19: Legal Issues for Businesses,” the presentation discussed the multitude of challenges employers are facing as they begin the transition back to the office. Our presenters reviewed the latest COVID-19 compliance guidelines, including what to consider in return-to-office plans, how to keep employees safe and productive in the new normal, and best practices for protecting organizations from pandemic-related employee lawsuits.
