In his role as Chair of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, West Palm Beach partner Harvey Oyer has recently interviewed many prominent U.S. political figures, including former National Security Advisor John Bolton, former Democratic Presidential Candidate and U.S. Senator Amy Klobucher and former White House Press Secretary Sara Huckabee Sanders.
Harvey interviewed Sarah Huckabee Sanders on September 10 about her recent book, Speaking for Myself, as well as her experiences serving President Trump for two and half years. On July 20, Harvey interviewed former National Security Advisor and U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. John Bolton, author of current New York Times best-selling book, The Room Where It Happened. Bolton discussed his many experiences serving President Trump as well as highlights from his distinguished career.
Harvey’s interview with Senator Amy Klobuchar took place live on Zoom on August 25. In recognition of the ratification of 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution granting women the right to vote 100 years ago the week of the interview, Harvey conducted the interview from the studio of noted American sculptor Ann Norton, which celebrates the life and accomplishments of one of Florida’s most distinguished women of the 20th Century. The studio has been preserved in the same condition as the day she died 38 years ago. Ann’s studio and home are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and she is an inductee into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame.
Continuing with the series, Harvey will interview former CIA Director John Brennan on October 9. He will discuss his long career in intelligence and counter-terrorism, as well as his memoir, Undaunted: My Fight Against America’s Enemies At Home and Abroad.
