Released on March 5, the “2021 Central Florida Real Estate Law Firms” List measures numbers from 33 firms across four counties in Central Florida, focusing on real estate practitioners and overall case percentages. The 2021 rankings mark the second consecutive year that the Shutts Orlando office has ranked at No. 4, and follows recent recognition from the Daily Business Review’s ‘Best Of’ award as the top real estate law firm. According to Daniel T. O’Keefe, Co-Managing Partner of the Orlando office, the firm’s continued recognition in real estate law is due to a longstanding local presence and well-established relationships. “Shutts is fortunate to represent many of the best real estate companies in Central Florida, including single family home builders, apartment developers, investors and commercial and industrial developers,” said Daniel.

The Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) list identifying Shutts, ranked law firms by the total number of attorneys within firms in the Central Florida area, denoting Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. The OBJ is owned by parent company American City Business Journals (ACBJ), which is the largest publisher of metropolitan business newsweeklies in the United States, with 43 business publications across the country reaching more than 3.6 million readers each week.
